a prayer

Psalm to Restore
P1120318
Lord surface my joy, the smiles I’ve buried
with my fatigue. The worries I cling to

Re-create in me the brightness of your face
when I am tempted to count sorrows
instead of blessings

Increase my faith that sometimes hides
In the shadows of doubt

As the clock turns to Spring
and the light of days lengthens
so too remind me

to turn to You as my source of light
my living water of joy and my heart will be restored
