Chapel Quiet Cathedral

Lord, help me hold the quiet
of this sacred place
Let it seep into my cells
with the mystery of memory
the mystery of grace

When the world becomes too noisy
with its cries of not enough
let your quiet come to mind
It’s you I’ve come to find

Let me hear Your whispered voice
when days are feeling rough
reminding me You’ll get me through
and You alone will be enough

Your presence is a fragrance
like ripened fruits on vines
perfumed roses on a breeze
the Cathedral size of redwood trees
